Return and refund policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For a refund or exchange on an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us within 24 hours. After this time, your order will have been processed and we will not be able to cancel or refund you.
You will have to wait until you receive your package, then send it back to us if you don't want it anymore, then we can proceed with the refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must not be damaged and not used.
Note: If the product is damaged, we may refuse the refund even if it was returned.
You must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase. The return of the product(s) will be at the customer's expense.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Please contact us by email.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if any)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at maynox.infos@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift recipient preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift recipient and they will know that you returned the item.
Shipping
To return an item, please contact us at wellhealthlondon@gmail.com and we will provide you with the return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over £75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
Important information:
For all orders returned to the warehouse due to customer error (wrong address, refusal of parcel). No refund will be made.
In the event of an address problem, the customer will be obliged to pay the cost of reshipment in order to obtain the order.
